Rental Policies

• All rentals are for Families only, children and young adults under 25 must be accompanied by their parents - Absolutely no house parties are allowed.
• Occupancy is strictly limited to maximums listed unless approved in advance.
  • 2 Bedroom Unit - Maximum 6
  • 3 Bedroom Unit - Maximum 8
• Minimum stays will be required during peak rental periods.
• Daily rentals are available off-season - a 4 night minimum stay is required.
• Rental includes an initial setup of linens and departure cleaning service.
• One on premises parking space is available per unit. No Parking Available For Oversized Vehicles, Campers, Rvs, And Trailers.
• Seven Day Visitor Parking Pass (not to be used in decal only restricted parking); passes are available from Lanier Parking, located in the Pavilion Parking Garage (843-626-7275).
• We accept payment by Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express. A credit card imprint will be required at check-in! No personal checks accepted.
• All rates posted are subject to change and do not include 13% Tax.
• A $400.00 deposit is required on all reservations.  Monthly reservations are required to have half of the first month paid 30 days before arrival.
• Cancellation - Deposit (less a $40.00 Cancellation Fee) is refunded if Cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival. 
• Check-Out by 10:00 AM - A DAILY FEE APPLIES TO ALL LATE CHECK-OUTS!
• Check-In after 4:00 PM
• No Refunds for Early Departure
• ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED!     
• There is a no smoking policy in place for all common areas including balconies, hallways and pool deck. For your comfort there is a designated smoking area. Non-smoking rooms are available by advance request (subject to availability.) A $250 fee will result in a non-smoking unit being smoked in.
